Funghetti means "little mushrooms" in Italian. In our Southern Italian town, this is what they call two-bite mini gelato cones covered in chocolate –because they look like little mushrooms. Filled with fior di panna (sweet cream) gelato and dipped in dark chocolate, we've made them extra special this time with a little dusting of rainbow sprinkles!
